Colombo, Sri Lanka, Sept 11, SPA -- A Norwegian peace envoy and Tamil Tiger rebels met Thursday to discuss Sri Lanka'sstalled peace process but failed to reach any breakthrough,sources close to the guerrillas said. Erik Solheim met with the guerrillas' political chief,S.P. Thamilselvan, for two hours in the rebel-held town ofKilinochchi, according to rebel spokesman Daya Master.
