Riyadh, July 29, 2019, SPA -- Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, expressed deep concern over the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Syrian Idlib and Hama regions, stressing the need for a ceasefire, protection of civilians and access of humanitarian aid and relief operations to the beseiged areas.
